- RJRoger Huffman Jr.Jan 18, 20241.0I should have learned my lesson years ago when I took out an Autoloan, paid it off on time, and received no credit because the incompetency at this bank screwed up my financial information and did nothing to resolve the issue. I will close my the account tomorrow because of a ridiculously long hold on an insurance check which has already exceeded the required business days that they told me, including taking federal holidays into account. I was also lied to when I was told that it was due to a federal regulation to hold a check that long. When I contacted another bank to enquire about it, they assured me that it was just a bank's policy, not a regulation, and that they would NOT require a hold on any check that long. Many people have told me that Celco has done their customers dirty. Now I believe them. GOOD RIDDANCE!
