I've lost a whole lot of important packages and letters!! They were absolutely heartless employees working that day!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS POST OFFICE TO ANYBODY!:(
- LCLarry ConawayJun 17, 20251.0I wish I could give negative stars here. The carrier has been writing return to sender in my mail for a few months. I called into the Moneta location and was told I “have to meet the carrier at the mailbox to tell them I live there now”. WHAAAT!!!!! Now I can’t get my diabetes supplies and the clerk on the phone said “not my problem”. I’ve called other post offices and have been told this isn’t a thing, that if there is a name and address on mail it’s supposed to be delivered to that address. (I called 7 other post offices).

I tried calling the Moneta PO but it is impossible to get them or get a choice to complain about service! Its been terrible for a while now, should we just accept that bad service is ok or is the PO going to do something to improve?? Frustrated.....
