  Most outrageous post office of all! Come on down folks if you’d like to be amazed by the service you’ll receive! Like your mailbox being left open daily? Fantastic you’ll always know when you have mail! Rainy days? Not there problem. Have a decent driveway and front porch for packages? No need they’ll set it in your driveway by the road! Receives somebody else’s mail regularly? No problem it’ll get there eventually. Paid to have your items shipped to you? Only if they feel like delivering them, will hold your packages to pick up without notice. When asked why weren’t these packages delivered they’ll say the carriers use their personal vehicles. Vehicles that are larger than the one i picked the packages up with , with multiple usps standard vehicles sitting in the back. Takes the money to ship but makes you do the work! When asked if mail could be held was told 14 days and they’ll send it back if mail box wasn’t back up. Found out about the request online and they held it! But come time to resume it you’ll still not recieve mail. A post office that makes their own rules! You are not a customer but simply a subject of their conniving occult! Stand up against this negligent system. Have issues call your post master. Nothing will change but make it be known. Call or write your elected congress members. Enough of us have these issues I am sure, stand up and say something or they’ll continue to get away with it.

  It is always clean. The ladies at the counter are friendly and are very knowledgeable. They are the best.

  Terrible service. We are new to the area and they make excuses every time for not delivering packages.

  I and a changing tableau of family members have been PO box customers here since 1985. I have generally liked most of the staff members I've interacted with. They have hard, boring jobs but still manage to be human and to treat others as humans. The service itself can be inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes awful. The great service is smooth and quck and painless. Regarding the bad service, the worst problem is the placement of other people's mail in our box and, I can only assume with some horror, vice versa. Not every customer is kind enough or honest enough to return important mail that has been placed incorrectly in his or her mailbox. Many do, but I'm sure some don't. This is a serious, serious problem and violates one of the core tenets of the US Postal Service. The other big problem is that when long lines form, the management usually doesn't redirect other staff to help handle the crush. One front-desk clerk isn't enough for a line of 13 customers. Overall, though, I'm immensely grateful for the existence of the Mineral Post Office and for all that the staff do to help make it work.
