I explained my new address situation, but the staff only told me to apply online, even though I had already done so multiple times without receiving mail. Eventually, she gave me a paper form. Staff should communicate professionally and guide customers clearly, rather than redirecting them without understanding their issue.

Eric handled it like he personally invented global mail. He was patient. He was knowledgeable. He was calm in a building where time goes to die. While others merely work the counter, Eric operates at a higher plane of postal existence. At no point did I feel rushed, judged, or doomed. He explained things clearly, double-checked details, and made sure everything was done right the first time — which, frankly, felt illegal for a government building. If the USPS ever needs a spokesperson, a trainer, or a morale-boosting legend to restore faith in the system, Eric is that guy.
