I’ve never had an experience where i’ve not received a package and I move pretty much all the time, but this place managed to lose all of my packages. If i could give them 0 stars i would. All my packages have been forwarded and it’s a total mess. I’m praying they get shut down or have a replacement of staff because this is completely unprofessional.
