The box I had was fairly large so I taped it up and waited to be assisted by someone instead of using the self-user station. The associate Angie assisted me initially. She informed me that my label wasn't defined enough to use. I kind of figured that as my printer's toner was low. She let me know that it would be a charge for them to print one for me. I said no problem. It took me awhile to get it sent to their email address as my phone's connection wasn't the greatest. Angie was very patient and kind as I stated to assist someone else until I got the label sent to their email. I finally did. Angie then transferred me over to Jennifer to finalize the transaction. She was just as pleasant. Thank you ladies...
