- CMCliff McDonaldAug 29, 20251.0We’ve been trying for three months to get water delivered to our house. The date keeps getting rescheduled on the day of. I contacted customer service today (chat only, they don’t offer phone support), and they said they were unable to give me a solid date, nor were they able to refund me for three months of missed deliveries. I reported this to the BBB This is a scam. Crystal Springs handled our account fine until they were acquired by Primo. Since the acquisition, I suspect no water has been delivered anywhere
- RJRoger Ortega JrJun 19, 20251.0We have been trying for 2 weeks to get water delivered to our house and they keep changing the date on evening before or the morning of to the next day. We have tried to call and get some out of country answering service that have no answers because I am sure they are just a paid service that read off of cue cards. They did offer free delivery for our next delivery for our problems which showed on our account and then a few days later was removed. We started with Diamond Springs and they got bought by Crystal Springs and then bought by Primo. The Primo transition has been the worst and we have run out of water. I wish there were an alternative for home delivery. We even looked to going to the grocery store, but all the stores are serviced by Primo and we really want nothing to do with Primo since they obviously don't care about our business.
- MBMike BudlongMay 20, 20251.0Primo Brands has taken over Crystal Springs and it is an absolute disaster. A web site that doesn't work, a telephone that is always busy and no way to edit an order etc. Take over the company but have the resources to complete the process....zero customer focus!!!!
