She has no place in customer service, she is rude and unpleasant. She clearly doesn’t know how to refrain from taking out her bad day on her customers and must want to make everyone feel as miserable as she must be.

I was rudely told it was not at this location (they didn't check) I got to the 23111 office, they were very pleasant. They checked for me and told me it was at Altee (where I just came from). I got back to Altee and the lady had to be feeling so dumb because she just made me wait for a supervisor.. I could go on about this horrible experience but I will stop here. My package ended up being at Altee. Like I told them

I went to the post office to track the letter and they rudely claimed to never have gotten it. And gave me a ton of attitude. So I faxed my stuff. I was just informed by my cpa that my certified letter just arrived a month and a half after I sent it. Once a trusted institution, the usps has become a symbol for everything that’s wrong with America.
