    Unfortunately, my experience correlates directly with the service associate I dealt with Saturday, February 21,2026. Julia is unfriendly, rude, and robotic with customers. Perhaps a customer service skills refresh is in order.

    I am required to use UPS on a waybill to mail in correspondence to the State of Virginia. Been coming here since 2022. Trying to make this as positive as possible. The main problem here is that this place is understaffed & inexperienced to handle the volume of packages coming & going. 99% of the time there is a long waiting line only 1 clerk and someone in back room rummaging through boxes while customers are lined up going outside the store. Nowadays I have been driving to UPS on Brook rd. with no waiting time and back at store quicker than waiting around here. This place needs more employees with experience like Carmella, who is the best that I have had the pleasure of meeting.

    If I had written this after leaving the day my packages were sent, I would have given 4 stars. I had the correct address on my packages, they were supposed to arrive in Jamaica, NY on Christmas eve. They actually arrived in Brooklyn, NY, at an access center on Christmas eve. The person I sent them to is partially handicapped plus doesn't drive or have a car. I spoke with Jaylan at the store & he was going to look into what happened & call me back. He did NOT call me back. I called UPS customer service, they couldn't tell me why the packages went to Brooklyn. The second time I called customer service, which was after I spoke to Jaylan, they told me that the apartment number was entered into the wrong spot on the label and because the store used their own account number instead of mine, they weren't able to get into the account & fix it. I called Jaylan back to give him this info. He never heard of any of the things I was telling him, plus, he said his computer was down & he couldn't even look it up to see where the packages were. On 12/26 I called back again & spoke to Brian. He had me on hold back & forth for over an hour. He had called the manager at the access point because when he looked it up, he said the packages had been picked up! The manager at the access point told him that he still had the packages. This manager had told me that the UPS driver could pick up the packages & redeliver them. He told me that it was the UPS driver that told him that. I called Brian to see if he could change the address on the computer or add a note to the address that said please deliver to the address, he said he could not do that. That was the suggestion that the UPS driver told the manager of the access point. Then I was told by Brian that the access point was basically for packages that were undeliverable. He told me that the packages could not be redelivered and that there was nothing he could do, he said that he asked his manager & that his manager also said there was nothing they could do for me. So, my handicapped friend had to spend $50 for an Uber to go & collect the packages meanwhile I spent close to $40 to have them delivered in the first place. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WENT TO THIS STORE. JAYLAN WAS ON THE PHONE WHEN HE WAS ENTERING THE INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGES. I WONDER IF THAT'S WHY HE GOT IT WRONG?
