The Doors was still open because I arrived before 8pm. The two ladies just looked at me and went about other business. She, then, said I have to go online to print labels (or arrive before 8pm). I didn't even bother to ask for her manager. I went out to my car and watched an elderly lady walk in the building. She must have helped her because she didn't exit, while I searched for another location to mail my packages. Bottom line, the associate could have found it in her heart to take 3 minutes to help me. Customer service is, clearly, dead at this sight. If you hate your job that much, then leave.
