I have to say this was one of the top customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. Dakota was a gem! She was so friendly, professional, efficient and just overall a ray of sunshine - where you really don't see that much anymore. She got a rhythm down with my 7 packages and had everything submitted in no time! The other worker was also great, welcoming everyone that entered in and making sure that every customer feet seen while she worked on a customer's print job. In a world where everyone is so quick to shout when they are dissatisfied, I wanted to make sure I took the time to say Thank you for such a great experience! Y'all are doing a great job!
