  I obviously wasted my time applying to jobs on Robert Half. First, the RH website doesn't clearly explain the application process, which I later learned means you have to have a recruiter from your local office to "activate" your account before ANY recruiter from the U.S. will even bother considering your application. I applied to about a dozen remote jobs on RH. When I reached out to those local offices, at least 7 of those recruiters explained that the recruiter from my local office MUST "interview" me and "activate" my account. I was informed by my local office that Jackie Bailey would be my recruiter. She ignored my two voicemails. I was provided her email. She responded to my email, basically saying she wouldn't help me, because none of the jobs I applied to her in her jurisdiction and that if any recruiter from the jobs I applied to is interested, would contact me and handle the "activation". If I got the same information from at least 7 different RH around the country, then Jackie must be giving me the wrong information. Does Jackie, let alone RH itself realize the very highly saturated unemployment market across the U.S.?? At the very least, have the common courtesy to return my phone call and explain all of this to me, instead of tossing me to the side. Also, why won't ANY recruiter return my phone calls? What is the point of transferring me to a recruiter when I shouldn't expect a return call?

  Super Awful service!! 0 rating! I started working with one of their recruiter name shelby Thomas(McLean branch)-she is an EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL person!! I tried to call her few times, messaged her, emailed her-no response. When I called Herndon office twice and told she is not responding, then she called me back and was yelling at me why I have been calling as she was busy with other candidates and calls. This is not the way to respond to the candidates. If she is/was busy she can also text or email back that she will get back soon. I had a question to ask about a job position she mentioned to me. I even texted & emailed her that question; but she didn’t replied. She told me I have an attitude. Trying to reach the recruiter she consider as an attitude!? What type of nonsense is that!!And she was continuously talking and yelling but didn’t let me talk!! I have worked with other recruiters too. NO ONE is like her! Seems like she has an attitude and communication problems. Another thing I want to mention-during our conversation she mentioned few times that i don’t have much experiences and my MSc degree from UK is not much valued as its not USA degree. What a stupid & peculiar thinking recruiter she is!! I have already worked with 2 well-known companies in USA. Clearly she is a ridiculous recruiter!!

  Waste of time. I have gone in for "one-on-one" interviews with these jokers on 3 separate occasions over the last six months...no leads on jobs, nothing. Then I'll get barraged with messages on my phone about being a "great fit for job X" over and over. When I call them back..BOOM..they want me to come in for another freaking "one-on-one" interview...my tip to anyone reading..NEVER EVER go in for one of those stupid one on one interviews UNLESS they already have a REAL job interview lined up for you later that same day.
