Genuinely committed to making sure were taken care of during an address change transition. We were not receiving mail initially, and Justin went above and beyond to investigate, follow through and ensure everything was handled. His consistency, care and ownership are the difference. It is clear he takes pride in his work, and that pride shows in how he treats others. I hope management know what a tremendous asset he is to this location. Employees like Justin elevate any business and we are truly grateful for him.

What he did was showcasing his "authority" behind that counter window and talking to you like he is the boss and you know nothing. You cannot ask any questions, which only irritated him. He did not respect his CUSTOMER at all. No wonder USPS is doomed.

He said to wait because UPS will eventually came to pick up, but it’s been 2 weeks and there is no update on the parcel. I called the store to speak with the manager but the refused to let me speak and said that they don’t deliver UPS parcel and won’t let me pick up the parcel because they said UPS has already took the parcel, they asked me to ask UPS!!! What a nonsense!!! If UPS took the parcel then the tracking will be updated right away! It’s clearly they lost my parcel and won’t take responsibility
