- CGC GMay 5, 20241.0I had a package that needed to be scan and go out quickly. So, I decided to drop it off at this post office. I handed it to a worker who doesn’t scan it right away because she was too busy. So, what happens? No scans for several days- I have an unhappy customer who thinks I didn’t ship the item. Really unprofessional and lack of urgency here.

Very few of them make eye contact, smile, but most crucially have empathy with the customer. Who is the postmaster in charge here. I ask because I have learned that a culture in an organization does not just happen. It is fostered or at the very least tolerated by management. Enough!

Okay, so there are often lines and the usual failures of a massive physical handling system occur, but compared to other post offices we have experience with (like the one in Florida where we have a residence) I think this one is well above the norm.
