- MMMystikalFeb 7, 20261.0They pay decent, well monogram pays decent let's put it that way. But this staffing service...... there's no words for how bad they are. How blatantly obvious they make it that you do not matter at all. How they will cut the shift after 3 hours but tell you that you working Saturday and Sunday. After sending u home early all wk so there's no overtime. Or how the staff won't even go in, have to call the plant to see the status (bc they not at work during snow storms ofcourse) when it's literally snowing and 10 inches is on the ground already but if you don't go in to drive home in it at midnight, they will point u. Oh and if your 5 mins late because you was driving in a snow storm they'll point you then too.
- JWJustin WoodallAug 8, 20241.0Went for drug test today I did the sample like supposed to brought cup back to lady she said your temperature is to low it doesn’t show at all I said must be something wrong with temperature gauge she said no no it’s not she did not even put in another cups and see if was faulty she said you have two options you can either let us observe you pee in cup or u can come back 30 days. I walked out. I don’t appreciate how I was treated like a criminal . They lost a good dependable worker
