I've been trying to get them to track down a package they confirmed was delivered to the incorrect address for over a month with no update. Now I'm unable to get a refund for their mistake. I am very disappointed with the service of this post office. I can't say I'm honestly surprised, they haven't been able to actually deliver a package to our address the whole time I've lived here (24 years) after bringing this to their attention, they delivered a package to our address but it was for a different address.

To Tristin and the team at the Marshall Post Office
We wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank our Postal Carrier, Tristin, for his incredible dedication and service.
His commitment to making sure we always receive our mail and packages is truly impressive and impeccable. Tristin is professional, yet friendly, honest, and easy-going—we honestly feel like we hit the jackpot with him delivering our route! We truly appreciate his hard work. We would also like to extend those same sentiments and not forget to mention Alex who we don’t get to see as often anymore. We sure hope to occasionally.
We'd also like to extend our appreciation to the Marshall Post Office staff, especially Stephanie and Carol, and everyone else who contributes to this great service…10/10!…we apologize for names we’ve missed or forgotten!
Thank you,
Bill & Vickie

I've lived in six states and this is by far the best post office I've ever used. First, my mail carriers are fantastic. They are friendly and take care that our (many) packages are safe and secure. I really feel I have a relationship with the carriers. We moved here two years ago and they take care to forward the previous resident's mail even after the order has expired. They deliver all of our Amazon purchases because we are in a rural area and they never complain. We sometimes apologize for the number or weight and it is always delivered with a pleasant "that's my job". We even get Amazon packages delivered on Sundays. Really excellent service for that. I also regularly go into the post office to mail packages, buy money orders and send express mail. Everybody is helpful and efficient. I do a lot of international shipping and my packages are processed quickly. At my old post office they would sometimes not scan them in when I dropped them off but these are always on the move the first day. I've contacted the manager at this office and she always responds quickly to questions. Lots of parking, very little wait, helpful employees. And afterwards you can get a coffee from a cute cafe across the street (but please move your car out of the lot). If you recently moved here you will be very happy with this post office.
