- SHShuqi HuangDec 5, 20251.0Very bad experience… I was wrapping my parcel at the postal office with the tape they provided. They told me that I used too much of their tape and asked me to buy one. This never happened at UPS or other postal offices. The staff just kept scrolling her phone with the least intention to help me. The only thing she does is take my parcel and scan it. At the end, when I was asked to rate the service, she just leant out of the service desk and pressed satisfied on the screen without asking me. I really want to give unsatisfied.

Elsa and the other lady (sorry I keep forgetting her name) are always doing their best to provide the best customer support. BTW, the close up for one hour between 2 - 3 PM daily for their lunch I believe.
