I have never really seen other employees at this post office be rude to customers except one person. Mitchell. I think I've spelled his name wrong but I've seen this man act so condescending and rude on multiple occasions. He speaks to you in a way that conveys he believes you are very dumb and he is always right. He did it to an older lady right before me. Unfortunately, the times I've seen this, he's done only to women but regardless, he should not be treating anyone this way. I could go into more detail, but it would make this review even longer. The tracking information they gave me shows the package arrived in Lima, Peru, but they haven't given me any further information about its whereabouts or the address where it's located. When I call to file a complaint, I only get an answering machine, and after almost two months, I still haven't received any information about my package or its location in Lima, Peru. The tracking number only says it arrived in Lima, Peru, but doesn't provide the address, and I only get an answering machine when I call to complain. Be careful with this company; it's terrible, and they don't provide any information about your package. The package gets lost, and they don't take responsibility. Now I have to fight to get my money and my package back. Terrible service, absolutely awful.

- MFMadame FígaroDec 10, 20251.0Very bad service this last 6 months at Provincial Dr Manassas ,VA 20109 neighborhood I’ve been living here for 4 years already and this driver (girl) it’s not bringing my mail in consecutive occasions very important mail missing even though I have inform delivery it not worth for it, some letters comes and the others never came to my mailbox I complaint already multiple times and the situation is getting worse ; in fact I ask some of my neighbors and they don’t have that issue which make me think the driver it’s being racism, documents from DMV, SOCIAL SERVICES, DEBIT CARD from bank ,Letter from Circuit court from PA for my husband never came it’s a traffic ticket now I don’t know how we gonna pay for it . And USPS never resolve this issue , I want to report the mailman because she is not responsible at all.
