    Our company has used a UPS Store for years to help manage all of our packages. However, the Bristow, VA location is hands-down one of the best locations we’ve ever worked with. The staff is so friendly and super helpful, Jon is the best!! He should be given a raise!!!     I went to this UPS Store to print just 3 pages, and they charged me almost $9 — which is unbelievable. First, the employee said it was expensive because they use a “rental computer” and have to pay the rental company. But when I asked for the name of the rental company, he changed his story and said they run the computer themselves and just “share” the cost. They also don’t allow you to connect your own device to the printer. You have to use their computer, and they charge you extra just to plug in your USB drive and open the file — on top of the printing cost! It feels like they’re only interested in taking as much money as possible instead of providing honest service. Avoid this store if you don’t want to be overcharged for simple printing.
