- DJDimplez JohnsonSep 18, 20251.0This UPS is HORRIBLE, I wish I could leave 0 stars, the driver dropped off my package (cell phone) to the wrong address, the picture shows a house, I live in an apartment, and the apt was listed, even the agent said, yes this was a totally different address, they dropped it on the doorstep, did not hand it to anyone, if you're not going to get a signature, at the very least, put in someone's hand so you have proof, instead they state the driver would go back the next day, and I said good luck, and SHOCKER, the package wasn't there, and they didn't answer the door, so now, they're telling me to contact tmobile and file a claim, so now I have to go through all this extra, when you guys should be contacting tmobile, you're the one's who messed up, RIDICULOUS!
- KKKASHJul 20, 20251.0Poor customer service two young boys always try to send your package away, make sure to create confusion and frustration specially if you are retiring Amazon packages, they hate Amazon returns and free drop offs. Certainly needs trainings and management needs to look into this matter seriously. Highly suggest you to go merchant plaza or Stonebridge locations.
