- ABalex berryFeb 23, 20261.0This is the worst staples ever! The staff was horrible, rude, dismissive, lied to corporate and fellow managers, and yells at you for no reason. It was a nightmare dealing with this store 2 days in a row. I had to call corporate to move my order to another store because they couldn’t handle my order and they knew that was the plan then printed my order the next day. When I called to figure out what was going on the manager ask in an accusatory tone “what are you looking to get out of the situation”. The manager and corporate agreed I could pick up the duplicate for free then when I showed up the employee wanted me to pay for it and then shouted at me for him not knowing. I’ve had to file 2 reports with corporate for this store and coordinate with corporate directly to get my order and account squared away. Also, the store is dirty and their entrance doors don’t work.

The associates are always friendly and willing to help, even if I enter the store just before closing. Also, they are very efficient when I need to do an Amazon return. On my last visit, the manager was busy, and still stopped to help direct me to the product area I needed; the store was placing up a new product section. The only reason for my 4-star rating was because this was the second time that they didn't have the Epson XL ink cartridge that I was looking for, so I had to get the regular cartridge.
