One of the front desk ladies , a black American lady comes off as low energy, bothered by customer questions, and is condescending to customers. She moves like a snail as if she is making you wait longer on purpose just to piss you off. She looks like she is barely hanging on to her job until she retires. I hate to say negative things about people but this federal government employee serves the public and should, at minimum , show some civility and answer customers questions without showing her frustrations with her job. I have seen her treat other customers the same. I dread going there but it is close to my home. I’m considering going out of my way to a different post office to avoid her bad attitude.

Tucked away on a side street I've never been on I had to use Waze to get there. Even then I took wrong turns twice before I found it. Anyway I finally found it. There was one other car there. I walked in the first door. Its a lobby area with po boxes. To the right is a second door. This area has mailables both envelopes and boxes. I stood in line and waited for a worker to come out. She was cordial and greeted me with a warm smile. I had a mailer which she processed then gave me a receipt. Since this was my first time there I asked if there were other post offices in Manassas Park. She mentioned there is a drop off facility on Euclid Avenue, it's not full service. I thanked her for the information.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. If you ever want to feel what it's like being treated like you're an idiot or incompetent then definitely stop by this post office and give it a 5 stars for that because one of the employees who I have encountered a couple times does an excellent job at doing that, better at making you feel stupid than doing her actual job. I asked a simple question but instead of a reply she stared at me in disbelief then proceeded to not answer my question while talking in a very condescending tone. She kept acting like I was wasting her time afterwards and honestly it was an experience. If I could go lower than a 1 star I would.

Opened late after the 3pm break. Not considerate of my time at all.
