Totally rude and non-helpful. Find another job if you are so miserable. Gives a bad look on postal workers which are usually kind and helpful.

On one occasion, my package was out on a truck and she postponed her immediate deliveries, driving all the way back to the office, solely on my behalf. She did this entirely unprompted, as though I were an old friend. Know that all of you are appreciated. -James
