- AGAimee GuessMar 30, 20261.0Just left the printing department from this Staples and I could not be more dissatisfied with the customer service of the young white blonde and the black woman working the counter (I wish I would’ve paid attention to their names). They did not want to be bothered at all by me as they were enjoying their own conversation, and I was absolutely treated with disrespect. I asked for help and I was given short curt answers. I expressed my need for help again, because it wasn’t working, and they said sorry, use the website. They never bothered to get up and come help me figure out how to print my large file. I was also told I had to purchase my own card stock before I could print, so I had previously gone and done that. As I was leaving the store, the young blonde came out of the store and said, “did you just steal that because I never saw you pay for the card stock.” The problem is, they were too busy in their own conversation to look over and see that I had paid for it previously with a male cashier. I cannot believe these attitudes are allowed at this store. These ladies need to learn customer service.
