- SWShannah WinchesterJan 6, 20262.0This was my first time visiting this post office. The customer ahead of me had a transaction the employee didn’t seem trained to handle. He patiently offered several times to go to another location, but she insisted on figuring it out while the line kept growing. What concerned me most was that when it was my turn for a quick drop-off, the employee selected “highly satisfied” on the feedback screen for me without asking. I was going to choose a neutral rating. That completely undermines the purpose of customer surveys and isn’t appropriate.

Can’t get in touch with them and USPS customer care says I have to call directly to this office. Run around and I’m just going to get a refund from amazon and purchase everything elsewhere to avoid this issue again.
