- SWShannah Winchester6 days ago2.0This was my first time visiting this post office. The customer ahead of me had a transaction the employee didn’t seem trained to handle. He patiently offered several times to go to another location, but she insisted on figuring it out while the line kept growing. What concerned me most was that when it was my turn for a quick drop-off, the employee selected “highly satisfied” on the feedback screen for me without asking. I was going to choose a neutral rating. That completely undermines the purpose of customer surveys and isn’t appropriate.

I first went to the Clay Street location but received no direction or insight. Then I visited the main branch on Odd Fellows Road still no guidance or insight but they mentioned that packages for my old zip code were directed to the Rivermont location. Finally, I went to the Rivermont Avenue location, where Susan was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She was running the location by herself, yet still took the time to offer clear information instead of just shrugging and saying she couldn’t help. 10 stars to Susan and a BIG thank you!
