- MTMarisa tolleyOct 8, 20251.0I was appalled at the customer service today. The black postal lady was yelling at all the customers waiting to be served. Quoting the lady, She yelled, " we better have ourselves straight before we get to the counter or I will send you back outta here." She continues yelling, NOT speaking normal and seemingly to of us in line, that, " you all better not shoulder up against each other . We have signs on the floor for a reason." The postal lady was horribly rude and yelled at an old man who was attempting to hand her his mail, she told him he can mail it himself around the corner." Myself, and others are looking at each other, bewildered , and not sure what is wrong with this postal lady. One lady spoke up and said she just wants to do a change of address, and I said this is a post office and they should expect to have customers. At this point, I left, because she was still yelling at innocent customers as I was walking out of the door.

Stickers are sold only online, not at the USPS office. I never heard of such regulation. Went to the next USPS store and shipped without problem (and without that special sticker).
