Mind you coming from the same place. Then I go to the post office here to get it, it’s on the truck. All she’s gotta do is pull it off and bring it to me. Nope to lazy, now I gotta wait all day for her to deliver it because she couldn’t walk the extra 20 feet. Pure incompetence from the postal service. No wonder the whole system is going down the drain.

The best part was that she suggested ways to expedite the process, as well as make sure everything was complete and accurate (she takes a great passport photo too). I appreciated the level of service, her knowledge, and a very warm demeanor, during a really busy time of day. We are all very lucky to have Julie at our local USPS. A BIG Thank You!
