- JWJames WoodMar 14, 20231.0Tried to return over forty pieces of mail left in my mailbox belonging to dozens of individuals only to have the lady (I use this term loosely) catch an attitude and tell me I had to take it to the mineral post office. No thanks for trying to get this fixed, just a refusal to do what they’re paid to do- get mail from point A to point B. A nice older lady walked out with me and informed me that they’re always this pleasant.

We came in to get my daughter’s passport processed and the woman working was so professional and friendly. She knew every customer by name that came in. You can’t get that level of service anywhere anymore - maybe Starbucks but that’s all I can think of. Kudos to her - thanks for an easy visit!
