The website states there is a one-hour window for walk-ins, so I arrived about 10 minutes after it began with my 7-month-old son, expecting to be helped within that timeframe. After waiting in line, I was told that in order to be seen, you actually need to arrive before the window opens to secure one of only three tickets. This policy is not mentioned anywhere on the website. When I asked for clarification, I was told the only notice is a sign posted inside the post office, which is something you wouldn’t see until after already arriving. That lack of clear communication makes the process unnecessarily difficult, especially for parents or anyone trying to plan ahead. Overall, very disappointing experience due to misleading information and poor communication. The only reason they are getting two stars is because the man working the counter was friendly and polite.

I’ve given them 3 chances and every time I leave in disgust for the way they treat customers including children. I can’t believe people like that exist yet work at a USPS.
