  The store was adequately staffed and employees were friendly. They made sure everyone in line was taken care of and were ready to assist each customer. They were efficient and service was excellent.

  This UPS Store is a GEM! They do it all and super quickly and so professionally. Sunny is the store manager and is absolutely delightful (as is the rest of their staff). They are our ONE STOP SHOP for all things printing, copying, shipping. 10 stars!

  I went to this location to ship a box and it was big and heavy. As I asked the guy named Kiran to help me, he raised his voice and said, “mam, you’ll have to bring your box here, he didn’t offer any help and was very rude throughout the transaction. I have sent packages from this store before and the guys have been really helpful but this time my experience have not been good!

  Posting this in every place I can find it. **UPDATE- after the store responded to me, laying blame for their garbage phone service, I returned to the store this morning at 9:30, with posted hours on Google and the door of the business itself showing 9am… the store is closed. This is absolute manure level service. Take accountability. Do better. Zero stars I had to PAY MONEY to have this package held at a store because delivery to my house was delayed by weather. This turned out to be a waste, due to UPS’ horrible phone policy and terrible customer service reps. Weather is one thing, but alter your service or hours on google so customers know what to expect. I have a time sensitive package to pick up, now late by more than a week because of weather, and called earlier in the day to ask about hours regarding the bad weather. The phone number listed is a 703 area code, but forwards to a general Customer service line. The customer service rep was snappy about me “calling the wrong number” and wouldn’t forward me to the store. I left work early to rush over before the listed hours of 7pm and got to the store at 6:55pm to a sign that says “closed for weather, sorry for the inconvenience.” Well this wasn’t just ONE inconvenience, but THREE, all because of lazy service. After I collect my package, I will be switching all my personal deliveries to the post office, where at a minimum, I know I’ll receive my packages appropriately. Lazy service makes me sick and I’d leave zero stars if I could.
