    Reviews are true. This service really sucks. I've been using them for about 1.5 years and since they got bought out, it has been atrocious. Missed deliveries, random deliveries and bills for items I never ordered and not in my account, website barely works, horrible (read: no) customer service. When they randomly delivered water to me that I didn't order, it took 3 phone calls (and 3 un-responded to emails) to get them to 'credit' me. Wouldn't even refund it. Prices have increased. Service remains atrocious. Force recurring deliveries that I have to cancel because I can't store more than 10 bottles on site, and even though I regularly cancel the 3 upcoming monthly deliveries on my calendar, I'll login a week later and the delivery is magically no longer cancelled. The rental and service fees have also increased, and they keep increasing them without notice. Last I checked, a water cooler is not an appreciating asset, but the rental fee I am paying for my hardware has nearly doubled in the last year. The drivers are nice and the few I've interacted with have all told me the company has gone downhill and they know the service sucks and they aren't happy dealing with it. If your own employees don't like you, you know you suck.

    I cancelled 6 months ago. Noone is picking up cooler, and they keep charging for rent. I called thousand times with same inquiry. What a hell is wrong with you guys?

    Company stated on sign up that as a id.me registered and verified veteran that I would not ever pay for delivery. This is FALSE! Breach of contract. They also fail to provide delivery service on the agreed upon date/time, repeatedly. As a repeated example, had scheduled delivery that they postponed over 4 times before they actually delivered - that's five BUSINESS days after promised delivery. They make it extremely difficult to cancel service. Very shady business practice that I recommend that you stay away from.

    We have been loyal customers of Mountain Valley for over a decade. The best water in America. Unfortunately they now partner with the worst company in America for water delivery. Scam artists that nickel and dime you for everything and then REFUSE to refund our $50/glass container deposit without managerial authorization. Peace out, we are done.

    So for every delivery they steal $7.59 for cups I continually keep telling them not to deliver and they still do (see below) They steal $6.00 for an administrative fee (pretty new) They charge 11.99 for delivery. (What is their administration doing for $6.00 that isn't included in the 11.99 delivery fee?) This total is $25.58 for every delivery to provide $35.96 worth of water. Such a terrible company that gouges and steals. I can't wait to get a whole office filter and give these thieves the boot. Why deal with theives? Original post: They always leave cups and make me pay for them. I have asked a million times and they still leave cups. We have it written on our account and they still leave cups. These people are the masters of scamming. I’m about to buy a whole office filter so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I cannot express how much I dislike this company.
