    We have been loyal customers of Mountain Valley for over a decade. The best water in America. Unfortunately they now partner with the worst company in America for water delivery. Scam artists that nickel and dime you for everything and then REFUSE to refund our $50/glass container deposit without managerial authorization. Peace out, we are done.

    They always leave cups and make me pay for them. I have asked a million times and they still leave cups. We have it written on our account and they still leave cups. These people are the masters of scamming. I’m about to buy a whole office filter so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I cannot express how much I dislike this company.

    Our office has used this water delivery service for over a decade. This year, our deliveries were consistently late and frequently rescheduled. They also ignore your office hours and then leave the delivery at the door, where anyone can take your items. So, we canceled and asked them to pick up the equipment. I've been trying to return this equipment for almost 2 months... they keep rescheduling the pick up AND CHARGING US even though we have no water and already have new equipment from a local company in place. I'm getting ready to make a complaint to the BBB.

    This is the absolute WORST company that I’ve had to deal with!!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would… There’s no way to cancel your subscription online. You have to either call or use the chat service. After the price jumped up over $15.00, I called to cancel my subscription. It took multiple calls to cancel (they kept transferring me & I repeatedly was asked the same questions as to why I wanted to cancel & I kept having to turn down offers). Why did I have to keep explaining myself? Why did I keep getting offers pushed on me? Why did I only receive help after raising my voice? Anyway, after it was all over, I didn’t worry about it for awhile. That is, until today, when I received an email about an upcoming delivery. I thought I was going crazy since I called previously to cancel. After trying to call multiple times (one call dropped, one wasn’t responding), I was finally able to talk to someone. I explained that I had cancelled my subscription previously with the help of someone & they told me that my subscription hadn’t been cancelled. I told them that I wanted to cancel the subscription, which I previously wanted, as I wanted absolutely nothing to do with the company anymore. And yet, I still kept getting questioned as to why I wanted to cancel & I kept getting offers thrown at me when I stated multiple times that I didn’t want anything but to cancel my subscription. The person I spoke to was rude to me because I finally cut them off after they repeatedly offered me discounts. I don’t care though because I never cursed during the call & it’s not my fault that they didn’t listen to a word that I said. I just hope this nightmare is over & that I never have to deal with this company again!!!! It was such a frustrating experience that I wanted to warn others from subscribing!

    Who/whatever bought this company is a SCAM. You can’t get ahold of anybody locally and when you get ahold of customer service they act like they don’t know what’s been going on. I’m pretty sure fraudulent activity is going on. They won’t even let you cancel your account. Left my 90 year old grandparents with no water for 2 months telling them they were on the way every day.
