From answering their phones, to handling customers in house, to dealing with a panicked customer of a missing package, they always show patiences and I appreciate the kindness. After years of horrible postal service in Columbia, SC, Locust Grove is amazing.

I understand people are human and make mistakes, but I don’t know how it can happen so many times and the issue not be resolved so it doesn’t happen so easily.
