- LSLamont SmithFeb 9, 20261.0Understaffed. Just moved to the area. Needed guidance on a mail-key. There was absolutely nobody here to help me. The news ain’t lying. I pay too much taxes to not have a mail attendant. Would recommend if hiding from a job site or ex lover. This place is a ghost town.
- BFBethany FosheeFeb 2, 20261.0In the past week, we’ve had our packages opened and taped with scotch tape and our ever so charming postwoman lie about where our package is. According to the post office, they don’t tape packages like this, but it’s how I pulled it out of our mailbox. Come to find out, some of the contents were missing from the package. Amazon is looking into it and is filing a report since it was handed off to the USPS. We had a slip in our box stating our package was at the post office, I asked her while she was delivering our mail if I could have the package and she said it was at the post office. Went to the post and they don’t have it yet. We went back a couple hours later and it still wasn’t there. They say they attempted to deliver, but it wasn’t even out for delivery at the time of the attempt.

From answering their phones, to handling customers in house, to dealing with a panicked customer of a missing package, they always show patiences and I appreciate the kindness. After years of horrible postal service in Columbia, SC, Locust Grove is amazing.
