- PLPaul LeeAug 1, 20254.0This post office does not deliver Amazon packages to my address. Most if not all Amazon packages are marked as "Customer requested package be held", despite me not requesting that. This requires me to pick up Amazon packages in-person. Outside of this however, I've never experienced any issue with their delivery or staff.

While the previous staff provided excellent service, the current staff has been consistently rude. Packages are often left at the end of my driveway, sometimes in the rain without protection, despite the presence of a covered porch. Additionally, the older staff member has been unhelpful and unwilling to assist with tasks that previous employees readily handled. These issues have led me to seek postal services at an alternative location, even though this post office would be more convenient if properly managed. I hope that the management will consider these concerns and take steps to improve the quality of service.

Every post office I've ever had has always brought any packages too big to put in the boxes to your house, they could at least have the common courtesy during the Christmas season to notify people and give him my time to meet them at the mailboxes to meet pick up their packages
