- EEElizabeth EdwardsFeb 14, 20264.0moving to the area, i've never seen a more prettier post office. the style is topnotch, gorgeous architecture. i guess i will have to do some research to see how it was built and designed after, etc. so cool. on street parking if that is not your thing. tight spots but that is just Lexington area. drive your mini vehicles. very busy. curious why they don't have more clerks working as many folks as we saw on a monday needing service? the hubby and i were laugh at the "dust bunnies" but we would call them because they are so large "dust lions" i get that the po is super busy, helping customers but an officially spruce up is important.

Her customer service skills gave me exactly what I needed. She listens to your needs, and makes it happen! I praise her, and would love her team supervisor to know she compliments what it means to serve the public!!! High standards and she shows it well!!

- MPMalory Thelen PittsSep 14, 20181.0Although my general experiences in this post office are positive (i.e., I am always able to get in and out in ten minutes or fewer), my one-star is based on incredibly poor experiences with getting mail delivered. My first year living in Lexington, I did not receive ANY mail containing gift cards, money, or even birthday cards. After several calls to this post office, I opened an investigation on my missing mail. I never received follow-ups from this post office, and two months after I opened the investigation, the only person familiar with my case left the post office. As a result, no one could address my case. Eventually, I had to let family and friends know that they should no longer send me physical mail.
