- SBSam BellJan 5, 20261.0One of the worst post offices in northern Virginia. For starters, there's no automatic doors to enter the building so if you have packages and your hands are full, it's difficult to open the doors. Having a p.o. box at this location is frustrating. Mail arrives at your p.o. box and they take days to weeks to put slips in your mailbox to let you know you received packages. Other times, regular mailed envelopes may or may not appear in your mailbox as well. They either need to relocate this post office to another street or tear this building down altogether. It needs to be renovated badly. Long line to get to the window for pick-ups or any other service are a regular thing too at this location in Leesburg, VA.

- ADAgata DofogoDec 30, 20251.0Tengan cuidado con esta agencia mal organizada , envíe mi paquete hace más de dos meses y nadie me daba explicación de mi paquete , estuve con el número de seguimiento y solo me decía que estaba listo para recoger pero no me decía ah qué dirección o a dónde ir , el paquete fue enviado para Lima Perú pero nunca me informaron donde llego o ah qué dirección, ahora me dicen después de dos meses que apareció pero en aduanas, tengan cuidado con esta mala agencia que no te da explicación de tus paquetes y no se responsabilizan si se desaparecen , llamé muchas veces al servicio al cliente y sólo contesta una contestadora , cuidado con esta agencia que es mala y pierde sus paquetes, les comento esta mala experiencia para que no agan envíos a otro pais con esta agencia

Everytime I've gone to mail a package, they never work and I have to make a stop elsewhere. It defeats the purpose of self service if the outgoing boxes don't work.
