    This UPS location is fabulous!! Enerel and Steve were very helpful in assisting me with mailing 26 wedding invitations, since USPS failed miserably at sending out my save the dates. I knew I could trust UPS to have a 100% success delivery rate. This team was not overwhelmed with being able to juggle multiple customers and get my labels for all my individual packages. Thank you for your help Enerel and Steve, I appreciate you!

    The owner, Steve, is lacking in customer service etiquette. Two examples: 1. About a year ago, he lectured me for borrowing his tape dispenser to finish closing a package I didn't completely close at home. Tape must be very expensive!!! 2. Last weekend, I shipped a package and for whatever reason the destination information wasn't uploaded into the UPS system so I can't verify the destination online. I called the store this morning to inquire why I couldn't see the destination address to which he responded "I didn't create the system" then he blew me off and said "I've told you enough - I have other customers" and terminated the call. This store is most convenient for me, but I'll avoid it when I can due ONLY to the owner's lack of tact. His employees are much nicer than him.

    Edited to Add: you can tell that the owner came in rude and uninformed from his response below….there were 3 boxes involved, one had already been shipped. I returned with the second set of two boxes which was one shipment that Amazon made a single label for (with the correct weight for the total of the items)—rather than try to understand what was going on and help me fix it, this person got loud and rude and was yelling when as you can see, he didn’t even know what was going on, and I was already being helped. — The supervisor is completely unprofessional and rude, and verbally attacked me while another employee was trying to explain to me how to fix a mistake Amazon had made on a return. I had already made one return without issue in about 60 seconds. Then I brought in my second return from the car and while the associate was explaining Amazon’s error, the supervisor marched over with a raised voice….I’m not even sure why he got involved—I’d been there for about 2 minutes only, the other employee was helping me, and this guy comes in hot raising his voice saying I’d been there too long and his decision was final. The guy needs to be fired—the associate was wonderful, however. Leesburg, go to the Market St UPS, not this one. That one is much friendlier and doesn’t have an uninformed drill sergeant running their store.
