    Printing services are very good - Patrick and Lakshmi were extremely helpful, informative, and went the extra mile to ensure a positive customer service experience. Ask their advice! They have good insights and are eager to help. Note: try to plan ahead, this location gets busy.

    A Staples representative processed a package to be delivered and gave me a confirmation number. The package was for a passport renewal so time was of the essence. Come to find out they made an error so the package could not be sent. I was never contacted by staples so the package sat at the Leesburg location for over a month. With my trip being now on just two weeks I’ve had to pay an additional $1000 to get it expedited! To make matters worse when I arrived at Staples to retrieve my passport renewal, I overheard the employees laughing about the fact it had been sitting there for a month! When I asked why he didn’t contact me he lied and said he tried. I have zero messages from staples or missed calls. Very disappointing!

    Fast pickup, but order not ready when I arrived at appointment time for pickup. That being said, it was retrieved quickly, and the service rep carried my new printer out to the car and put it inside for me.
