- MMmeJun 25, 20251.0Worse printing company ever. I used AlphaGraphics services for years. They never messed up anything. Being so happy with AlphaGraphics, I sent two of friends who were opening new business in February 2025, both friends were so disappointed with new branded company. AWFUL SERVICE. Person named Cindy contacts & discusses information, requests email from my friends what's neede & how many copies. Both of my friends send the emailes immediately. Cindy promises to send quotes as soon as she receives information. My friends do not the receive the quotes email for 3 days. I call Cindy on the 4th day. She was rude & says "I haven't opened that email" then sends the quotes by 4th days. Which means the email was sitting there for 4 days not opened. My friends receive call the next day about that they printed the cards wrong & needs to be reprinted & everything will be ready for the same day...it wasn't. I call back the next day to find out time when my friends prints/cards will be ready.... here is what I got from that ""we don't know and THERE NOTHING YOU CAN DO KNOWING THE TIME ANYWAY"" ......I'm blown at the service provided by this company. I saved previous owners card....trashing that today.

They were great to work with, responsive, reasonable, and delivered a high quality product. I would highly recommend that you give them a try!
