The mail ive been waiting for was never bought to my mailbox nor was a slip left on the box or at my door for me to pickup. How does the mail carrier leave a first class piece of mail in the box that was important documents but not leave what I've been tracking since the beginning of this process for it. Why did the mail carrier not follow protocol from the beginning & send it back without informing me of my other half of the documents that ive been waiting for? When going to the post office to notify them and find answers the lady was of no help either. The constant response of i will talk witn the carrier & no follow up about it as well. Or she swearing the carrier left a slip in my box and I indicated if she did i would of had it with me when i presented her a tracking number from the NPIC. But instead she left half the mail in my box along with two pieces of junkmail. My thing is why she sent it back 3 days later from the day it was out for delivery?! If there was a slip i would have picked this up & not waited until the 30th of sept. To find out what is going on?! The NPIC has been aware before the post office and they have been keeping up to date on their end the whole way. The USPS has been nothing but issues whether it be packages or mail. The carrier has damaged my packages because she doesn't bring to the porch but shoves in the mailbox. The post office & NPIC have been aware that ALL my mail goes in the box and packages to be left on my BACK PORCH NOT the FRONT. Folks cant seem to read delivery updates through their own system either! Yet yall wonder why yall have upset residents! Get it together!
