  Marina went above and beyond helping sort through the confusion of amazing returns. She was patient, kind, and determined to get all I could for my refund! I will definitely be back here for all my shipping and cooking needs!

  Please note that this is NOT a UPS store, it’s a franchised and locally owned location. If you have a QR code to print out a shipping label they will make you use the printer station there and charge you a $2 fee to do so which isn’t within UPS standards. I’ve been going to UPS for years and this store charges you for every single thing nor do they offer basic UPS services like The UPS Flat Rate shipping program which has to be offered at ALL UPS stores. Shipping rates here all the highest I’ve ever seen and they up charge you for the littlest things possible. Employees here aren’t nice either and have a horrible attitude.Definitely not a reputable UPS location.

  Unlike other stores, this UPS was open on a Sunday, and the young lady at the counter, Riva was patient, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. As clueless as I was there, she explained everything honestly super clearly, and the whole process felt really smooth and stress-free. You don’t often come across places where people actually take the time to do things properly, and it shows here. Would definitely recommend this UPS to anyone looking for reliable service, would not mind coming back here again

  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Elifaz. He was incredibly patient, kind, and polite throughout my visit. I had several returns for a business and never once did he make me feel rushed or uncomfortable about it. He took his time, explained things clearly, and handled everything with such professionalism and care. That level of customer service really makes a difference, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you, Elifaz, for going above and beyond!!

  I love this UPS store (store #7015). The employees are very friendly, hard working, and very professional. However, the actual delivery by UPS corporate is horrible. I opted to pay for 3-day delivery service as opposed to a much less expensive longer delivery time, but when I tracked my package on the UPS site, it projected a 5-day delivery instead of 3. When I questioned UPS Customer Service (not the UPS store) they were pretty much worthless. As much as I love this UPS store in the Tackett's Mill Shopping Center in Lake Ridge, VA, I will never use UPS again because I absolutely feel like I was cheated.
