- PBPaul BergeronFeb 2, 20261.0Winter storm January 2026 sent notice for a week that local weather exception claim they can’t get to my fully shoved mailbox and the neighbor plowed the main road they don’t even try to deliver just lie and I’m going by there this morning with a picture to ask him why they can’t deliver to a perfectly cleaned out mailbox and the road is plowed from the main road all the way down the side road to my house sick of it I’ve got medication in the mail. I haven’t had in a week no big deal. It’s just diabetes.

We didn't even have any on our road Monday and we live on a back road. They keep their phone off the hook for good so they don't receive calls and I had a PRIORITY package to go our with no mail service. Now i just get out of work, it's 4:30, and the close at 5:00. Still no sight of carrier. No excuses. This is their profession and they simply don't seem to have time for people or customer service. Would like to give 0 stars, because that's what I've received for 2 days without real reason.
