Last week left a package while raining in front of the garage door without a plastic bag to protect it in the all day downpour. Needless to say the contents were wet because the box was soaked. There is always someone in the house, but they don't go to the door and knock!! They continually drive in the grass and wore a path between the yard and street pavement. Perhaps this is because they drive a regular Jeep car from the right seat. Should be illegal??

I would appreciate if they would check and make sure it's completely closed before departing...mail is important and don't want it lost!
