The mail carrier always leaves the box door open (not just mine). Last week left a package while raining in front of the garage door without a plastic bag to protect it in the all day downpour. Needless to say the contents were wet because the box was soaked. There is always someone in the house, but they don't go to the door and knock!! They continually drive in the grass and wore a path between the yard and street pavement. Perhaps this is because they drive a regular Jeep car from the right seat. Should be illegal??

This is the absolute worst post office in the state, maybe the whole country. WE have requested that people who don't live at my address anymore, haven't lived at this address for over SEVEN years now, mail stop being placed in our box. For the first few years of them ignoring this request, we returned this mail to the post office, only for them to put it back in our mail box the following day. They will not deliver packages, no matter the size, you have to go to the post office and pick them up. The employees are rude, lazy, and annoyed anytime you need them to do their job. Example, there is a young man who works for this post office. Unfortunately for me, on a day I need to pick up multiple packages, he was the only one in the post office. I went in and rang the bell for service four times (not close together. I waited over 25 minutes for anyone to help), he finally got out of the chair from right around the corner, he was napping. He then asked me, "What's the problem". I asked for my packages and he signed, turned around, and disappeared in the back. 29 minutes later he returned with my packages. Never said another word to me. I couldn't care all of them at once so I left one on the counter. In the few moments that it took me to go out to my car, put the packages in the back seat and come back in, he had taken the last package and moved it. I had to ask for him to go get it again, while I could understand all of what he muttered as he left I did very clearly hear him say "Unbelievable.". Also, forget being able to get your packages anytime on your lunch break, this post office is closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. Plus as an addition bonus it listed that they close at 4 (A whole hour earlier than ever other post office in the area), but I constantly see it closed and people unable to pick up their packages until the next day at 3:30. TO summarize, the people who run and work in this post office are incompetent and all deserve to be fired.

Even though this is a smaller post office, it seems to be an inefficient operating facility for a government branch and my mailbox has not been fully closed more than once. I would appreciate if they would check and make sure it's completely closed before departing...mail is important and don't want it lost!
