Now that we complained they are retaliating by saying they could not deliver but they never even came down our road, we have cameras! Our neighbor has a plow and our road is clear also have dash cam video for days to prove that too.

This is not the first time I have had this issue and despite me submitting multiple claims online, nothing is done to remedy this situation. I guess privacy and professionalism are optional at this location? Amazing service if you enjoy surprises you didn’t order.
