It's nice that they're too willing to correct a mistake when most people won't even admit a mistake was made. Cleanliness: 10/10 Clean and smelling fresh Staff: 10/10 All too willing to help, answer any questions and quick too. Atmosphere: 8/10 Professional and welcoming Busy: 5/10 A steady flow of traffic but not crowded Value: 7/10 Their prices go up, but not as fast as most places you'll visit. Overall: 9/10 This location is always a joy to visit. Haven't had any complaints so far

However, I run a business in the area and this post office has lost two customer orders within weeks of each other. Quite frustrating as the packages were delivered to the Hot Springs post office then never arrived; they just said the package wasn’t there. I’m starting to suspect theft though I hate to say it. At the very least it’s incompetence and I wish there was a way to make the packages come through the Covington post office instead. Both packages were insured, but it is an inconvenience both for me and the customers involved.
