- ABAlisha BennettMar 14, 20241.02 packages were supposed to arrive Tuesday 3/12/24 and didn’t show…1 is lost in transit. The other arrived at the Hopewell facility at 11:30am 3/14. I go to pick it up as I cannot wait bc I’m traveling and losing $600 a day on the post office taking longer than what was paid for delivery date. I was told I could not pick up my package even though it was there even though the National website says that I can. The reasoning I got “do you know how many packages I’ll have to go through since the truck just got here”. This isn’t a large post office…I can see the back! You didn’t want to go through a cart to get my package bc you 1) didn’t feel like it 2) has a small line of 4 people…I would have waited to get the package but I got the laziest customer service known to the USA government.

Why did I get someone’s banking mail and they live in Chesterfield? Lol that is so strange. And it keeps happening. I also have been missing important mail. I wonder if someone in Prince George has been getting it. 💀
- JCJustin CoteJan 27, 20142.0The post office as a whole is great. The branch that I receive mail from does a great job at delivering my mail, however when it comes to parcels it drops the ball. In particular the "Flat Rate" boxes. The most common two day priority mail. I've since taken my business to UPS and FEDEX though I pay more, the people I send packages to receive them in a timely manner. Too often do packages not get delivered when they say they would. Thanks
