I don’t know who they hire, but in 20+ years of shipping with FedEx, I’ve never had more issues with deliveries. The drivers lie, use the wrong codes to hide the fact that they don’t want to do their job. They throw boxes onto my porch like they’re bowling a cricket game. They show up whenever they feel like it. You pay for expedited, next day shipping and they just decide at 10am that they don’t want to come out to your residence, but they don’t notify you til after 5pm so you can’t call and complain. It’s the most unprofessional group. I had time sensitive, temperature sensitive medication that had to be delivered and their driver just decided, after delivering to my address dozens of times before, that they suddenly couldn’t find my house, even though my address is annotated in 3 different places at the entrance to my driveway. My medication didn’t get to me and as a result, I lost $2000 and also had to make an emergency visit to the doctor. Will I ever get any of that back? Nope. Apparently, “next day air” with this FedEx office means “whenever the drivers feel like making the trip.” I will NEVER utilize FedEx shipping ever again because of this office. I wish Google had zero stars because they don’t even deserve one. Here’s how they deliver packages ⬇️ ***UPDATE*** They were supposed to deliver my medicine first thing Monday morning. They purposefully held my package all day and delivered in at 6pm, in retaliation of me complaining about them. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired
