I had a very positive experience at the Herndon USPS branch. The staff there were incredibly helpful and took the time to assist me personally. I wanted to check if a new stamp release was still available in stock, and the staff member went out of her way to look it up for me. She patiently answered all my questions and ensured I had the information I needed.
Although Herndon is a small town, the level of customer service and the friendly attitude of the staff here stood out to me, especially compared to my recent experience in DC. The genuine care and helpfulness made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. If you need good service and attention to detail, I highly recommend the Herndon USPS branch.
