I brought the item in a branded box (which is technically packaged) to UPS, and the staff said I couldn’t send the package as is, then started asking questions that didn’t concern them. I took my business elsewhere (another UPS location), where I was told this should not have been an issue at all. What box someone uses—outside of Amazon—should not matter as long as there are no other markings. The staff at this location acted like CVS spokespeople and had an unnecessary air of superiority. I’m not going to spend more money than I need to on a return that should have been allowed in store in the first place.
