- NTNAMIR TUBIAJul 8, 20251.0I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've been receiving from Primo Water. After requesting a replacement for my water dispenser, it took them a whole month to deliver a new one. However, the real kicker is that the new dispenser they brought doesn't even work! When I contacted their customer service team via email and the Primo app on Thursday and Friday to report the issue, I was met with automated responses and promises to get back to me. It's now Tuesday, and I still haven't heard back or received a resolution to my problem. I'm left with a non-functional dispenser and no drinking water. Compared to my previous water delivery service, Primo Water falls woefully short. The old company was responsive, reliable, and always fixed issues promptly. Primo Water's lack of communication and slow response times are unacceptable. Until they improve their customer service and responsiveness, I would advise others to think twice before signing up with Primo Water.
