Then they ask for ID and I show them the Virginia state ID app that’s scannable and they’re acting like I’m stealing my own package just cause they don’t know how to upgrade their system. Horrible service by the Hispanic woman.

Unfortunately my long driveway is only clear enough for my car and the front steps are not cleared. This driver went above and beyond by walking my package all the way up to my garage over the ice. I am extremely grateful!

That is SEVEN DAYS with zero delivery, zero accountability, and zero communication. This location is a black hole for packages. Tracking shows no real movement, customer service gives scripted excuses, and no one at this facility seems to care that customers are paying premium prices for time-guaranteed delivery that FedEx is completely failing to honor. If FedEx can’t meet Next Day Air commitments, they should stop selling the service. Holding packages for days at a local facility without delivery is either extreme incompetence or complete indifference. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you value your time, money, or sanity. Cena is the delivery guy. He should be fired
